Here's a partial attempt, assuming you do not want to subscribe, for
a self-directed (inflicted ?) query and fetch of said newsletters.

First a LISTSERV Database Search Script --

----------------clip---------------
//ListSrch JOB Echo=no
Database Search DD=Rules
//Rules DD *
S * in gutnberg since 93
index date.8 sender.30 subject.40
----------------clip---------------

Here are the results, when the above was saved as a file or abstracted
and included in an e-mail message, and then sent to listserv@uiucvmd
aka VMD.CSO.UIUC.EDU

> S * in gutnberg since 93
--> Database GUTNBERG, 22 hits.

Since the contributions are stored in the filelist in weekly installments
and if I wanted the last week of January, I would send the following
to the above listserv (bitnet messaging, e-mail note, or file) --

GET GUTNBERG LOG9301E

(the suffix letter corresponds to a week, where a week is a 7-day
period starting on day 1, hence, January 29,30,31 is "01E").
