JQ Johnson of the University of Oregon wrote that a self evaluation tool
can be used:

This self evaluation tool is used additionally to guide users to the
appropriate online tutorials on various topics such as email and searching
the Web.

Silvia Muller of Rutgers uses self evaluation questions on her workshop

Gateway Technical College (WI) has a self evaluation form designed to help
students decide if they're suited to taking online classes, or if
traditional classroom courses would be better for them. See the Independent
