Hmmm...where to begin. Here are some sites I try to check
regularly (listed alphabetically):

        Beyond the Black Stump: http://home.mira.net/~lions/anew.htm

        Digital Librarian: New Sites: http://www.servtech.com/~mvail/new.html

        Librarians' Site du Jour: http://www.wwa.com/~jayhawk/sitejour.html

Neat New Stuff I Found This Week:

        Net Announce: http://www.erspros.com/net-announce/day.shtml

        Net Happenings: http://scout.cs.wisc.edu/scout/net-hap/

Updates to Netscape Guide to Internet Research:
http://www.coppersky.com/ongir/news/index.html

        What's New Too?: http://nu2.com/

Net Happenings and Net Announce are also available as email lists.
I also find The Informant useful (http://informant.dartmouth.edu/).

        I'm probably forgetting some, but....no wonder I don't have a life!
