Kyle,
The Microsoft Natural Keyboard provides some relief from the wrists
being bent towards the pinkies and eases the palm-down position
somewhat. On the other hand, it is larger and thus places the mouse
farther away unless a "clone" is used that has a built in pointing
device.
While many people use and like the MS Natural, there are several other
options available. It is definately a personal selection and depends on
why the keyboard is being purchased (prevention only or to accomodate a
specific problem).
The Kinesis keyboard is another non-adjustable keyboard that is quite
popular but costs in the low to mid $200s.
Many of the keyboards, and general comments about them, are available in
the Keyboard section of the Typing Injury FAQ:

The Gel-Eez wrist pad addresses the wrists "sagging" to the table
surface, which is also an issue that the built-in surfaces of
alternative keyboards sometime provide, but does not provide relief for
side-to-side wrist bending and the "palm-down" position that are noticed
in standard keyboard use
Hope this is of some benefit,
Scott
