I'm sorry if this message won't fit into your discussions!
I just have a burning question.

        There's a scientific team in Moscow University
looking for some funds founded for scientific collaboration
with Commonwealth of Independent States ( CIS ) ( the former
Soviet Union ). We are working in the field of mathematical modelling
of electronical devices, laser dynamics and non-linear optics.
