I know that the recently renewed physics lab at the Collegiate of the U.
of Winnipeg has no viewable windows. They have frosted glass. No problemo
with any SADD problems. By the way I taught school in northern Manitoba in the
 1970s and several of the elementary schools I was in had no windows either.
Energy efficiency works better with solid walls than with windows.

uwinnipeg.ca) before late next week. They are in exam week then the U
is closed until January 3/94.
