If the calibration is done prior to your receipt of the equipment to
national standards, and is so indicated on the certificate, you'll be OK
from an ISO 9000 standpoint.

A good metrology house using MIL STD 45662A or other accepted criteria is
acceptable. If you have a similar piece of equipment or a golden sample, you
can do a before and after evaluation to demonstrate their ability to
yourself.
