Unfortunately Internet is not ready for posting pictures, therefore I
cannot make you SEE the slide. But I can describe it very easily: I just
put the quote on it plus a picture of a crowd of people in order to
make the team members think about that they themselves ARE the most
important "things" and that there is no way to measure *directly*
how well they do their job. But that is the point of view what really
matters.
