Subject: Re: Process Mapping
I saw a message to the above address from a person inquiring
about process mapping information.
I will be facilitating a group that needs to do some mapping.
It has been about three years since I have done work of this
kind and I am sure there is some good current information
available that we could consider.
Also, if by any chance you know of a basic description or
pamphlet that describes and illustrates mapping that you could
direct me to I would appreciate knowing that [an electronic
version would be ideal but I can't find anything-perhaps you
can give me a tip on that]. Some of the people on the team
will be starting at ground zero as far as mapping. They are
subject matter experts on other things associated with the
project but will need some assistance in familiarizing
themselves with mapping.
Thanks in advance
