Subject: Requesting Information

I am currently taking my Bach. of Mechanical Engineering in the
University of Technology Malaysia. I am doing my thesis on Developing
a Model for Implementing Total Quality Management and Total Safety
Management in the Manufacturing Industry. I would like to request for
information on surveys or statistics on the implementation of TQM, the
reject rates in manufacturing industry currently, before and after
implementing TQM or any other related information. Can you please help
me with this enquiry or direct me to someone or some organisation that
can help me in this area? Thank you very much for your consideration
and assistance.
