Over the next few months, I will be exposing many mid-top level managers to the principles of TQM/CQI. I'm looking for a good simulation type exercise or game which demonstrates many of these principles, ie..teamwork, customer focus, process improvement, etc.. In the past, I've counted beads and even mass produced paper airplanes. I'm looking for something a little different. Anyone used such a technique successfully? Any ideas will be appreciated. BTW, Anyone remember a board game that was popular a few years ago (something about kings, the desert, or gold, or something like that?) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kevin R.
