I've been holding off on posting this info till I've had a chance to take a
look at the package but this topic is generating enough traffic that I
thought I'd throw in this info.

I contacted the Watcom folks and asked about Waterloo Script for the PC.
After getting past a few levels of folks I find that they are in beta of
just such a product.  Further, if your campus already has a mainframe
SCRIPT license you might qualify for a beta site for the PC version.
Expected price, when complete is about $395.

As I said, I haven't had a chance to look at the package but it probably is
faithful to their mainframe version.
