DWSCRIPT now contains LJ + PS support, there is supposed to be a release 1.14 in
the pipeline.  If you manage to find the information in DIAL IBM don't be
shocked at seeing release 1.01 mentioned, but insist on something more recent
than that.  BTW it runs on OS/2 too.
If you cannot find it in the announcement database, go look in software order...

|There is a current product from IBM called "DWScript Personal Document
|Formatter" (Program Number 5799-PHF) for DOS.  As with DCF, input files
|can contain text, GML markup (GML starter set or a subset of BookMaster
|Release 2.0) and a robust but not complete set of the native SCRIPT
|control words.  The distribution version supports several printers
|including:  ASCII, Epson FX-80, IBM 3812, IBM ProPrinter and
|QuietWriter-III.  No PostScript or LaserJet support is included.
|A 360 page User's Guide (Document Number SC28-8169-00) comes with
|the single 720K diskette unlike SCRIPT/PC II which had only machine
|readable documentation.
|   While the program is very SCRIPT-like, it is not just a clone
|of DCF for DOS.  It contains many extensions that could make it
|difficult to transfer a document back to the mainframe if you don't
|control yourself.
