  Anyone know where to get ahold of that program that IDs signal footprints?
We might need that.  We have someone causing mailicious interference on our
local repeater.  We're RDFing and it may not take that long to locate him
as he seems pretty dumb.  He transmits for long periods of time and keeps
coming back.  Each time, we've narrowed out yet another area.  But if and
when we locate this individual (who we suspect has a micro-HT of some
sort with micro-wattage -- noone can hear him at a distance even with beams,
yet he gets into the repeater just fine, and sometimes even overrides local
mobiles) directly under or near the repeater somewhere), we want to be able
to confirm that what instrument(s) we find were indeed used to cause the
malicious IF.  The sig footprint ID software might help towards that end.

  Can anyone explain how it is used, too?
