My name is Ik Kim working for localization group at SunSoft.  We don't
sell locale packages separately.  The only way you can have Japan system
running on your machine is to buy Japaneses Solaris2 CD and go from
there.  You can either install Japanese CD using installation scheme or
mount CD and selectively pkgadd Japanese specific packages.  I suggest
the first one because you may have to repartition your disk anyway.
