WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO

     1. I've spent the last three days replacing nntp and C-News with
INN (and many more necessary programs). Therefore, unfortunately,
I was not able to update INSOFT-L's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
with information from all messages distributed during July.
        This coming weekend, I promise.

ADMINISTRIVIA

     1. Unfortunately (#2), the listserver software that we use does
NOT recognize commands in the Subject: header of an email
message. If you send a message to our listserver, please
place your command in the body. (Yes, I'll upgrade the
        listserver software eventually.)

     2. Based on the excellent recommendation of an INSOFT-L subscriber,
the format of "Consolidated Answers" messages will now also
contain the company for which a respondent works.
