This is an especially difficult kind of software to localize, due to the
different banking and financial practices and standards in different
countries.  To localise Microsoft Money for Windows, Microsoft
contracted with vendors in countries into which the product was
being localised, since they know the practices and standards of their
own country, and because more customising of the software and
interface for the local markets was necessary than in-house
resources could provide in a timely manner.  (I don't work on Money,
so I can't offer any first-hand insights or suggestions.)
