In addition to the points already raised, there is the matter of the
English language in which the document is written; that is, whether
the English is written correctly (spelling, grammar, sentence structure),
and whether the information is clearly expressed.  The machine translates
only what it reads, or to use the traditional expression "garbage in,
garbage out".
