Hi, I am trying to get a return value from an Oracle 8i stored procedure. Here's the code: AnsiString txt= "psm_util.set_psmpst_ack(101,725,'testing')"; ADOStoredProc1->Connection = ADOConnection1; ADOStoredProc1->ProcedureName = WideString(txt).Detach(); // DataSource1->DataSet = ADOStoredProc1; ADOStoredProc1->ExecProc(); The procedure executes OK without problems, but I can't find the return value anywhere. I've tried setting up a return value parameter on ADOSotedProc1..I get nothing. I also tried the suggestion in ADO help: DataSource1->DataSet = ADOStoredProc1; //Then what??? Where should the return value show up??? Does anyone have an example of executing stored procedure with a return value?? This is my first time using ADOStoredProc and I think I'm missing something basic... Thx, John
