problems with delete Tables

When I make 

TTable* Tablenam=new TTable(Formname);
delete Tablename;

On more than one Form or class I get a linker warning that something is declared in twice.

As soon as I take the delete away or make a free, the warning is gone. But of course, I am not surpose to do neither of them in the program. Has anybody an idea what can help me?
