I got this error at Query->Open() after running a TQuery for several times.
The Message of the error is " Name not unique in this context". The query is
just a select statement (The content of the query has been changed). I had
closed it and cleared it before calling it again. I did not prepare the
query, so I did not unprepare it either. What might be causing this?

Another related question is how I can get the error code for an exception. I
seemed to get only the message. And is there a site I find a list of
EDATAbaseError and their description?
