Hi I have a lot of problems with BCB and Oracle. I worked with all BCB versions and I still canot work with Oracle. I built a VERY small application which uses master-detail tables. That was an absolute mess. Conclusion: TTable doesn't work. I shoud say that it never worked (and I guess that it never will). Even with Paradox and DBF's I have problems.Put, I said then this is not a problem. I swicthed to TQuery. Everything looked ok until: select a.id id, a.nume proiect, b.nume furnizor from proiecte a, finantator b where a.id = b.proiect(+) order by upper(proiect),upper(furnizor) proiect contains id nume === ======= 1 pr1 2 pr2 finantator contains proiect nume ===== ======= 1 f1 1 f2 Result: proiect finantator ===== ======= pr1 pr1 f2 pr2 ..... wrong !!!!!!!! Missing f1 in first line. The same query in SQLPLUS (I used copy-paste): proiect finantator ===== ======= pr1 f1 pr1 f2 pr2 .... which is correct. Does anyone can tell me if BCB 5.0 Enterprise can work in any way (without such problems - without problems at all) with Oracle 8.0.5 / Oracle 8i ??
