Hi Mark,

sorry this doesn't work. The parameter LocalShare is set to true and
SHAREDMEMSIZE is set to 2048KB. If I opened the database with the
database-explorer, I couln'd open the same databse with MS-Access and vice
versa. MS-Access break with the error-message: The Microsoft Jet database
engine cannot open the file '...'. It is already opened exclusively by
another user, or you need permission to view its data. Vice versa. The
database-explorer breaks with error: share-error File: ... 
BDE-Error 11058   [$2B][$32] share-error  file ...
