Should just be something like Alibaba_DB.  Alibaba_DB should be the Oracle Alias
you set up using the SQL Easy*Net application (whatever you called it there). 
Make sure that you can connect first with the SQL Easy*Net and also SQL Plus to
make certain the Oracel Alias is setup up correctly first.
