🚀 go-pugleaf

I have tried to connect to the database using a different work station which is still
using BDE 5.01 and has not been upgraded to BDE 5.1.  The error message we get is

        Unknow user name or password.
        ORA-24325  Service handle not initialized.

We've verified that the user name and password are valid(since we can connect using the
Net8 assistant).  I've made sure that the dll's are set for Oracle 8 and the path is
set correctly.  We've also tried TCP/IP and the TNS protocol and any number of
variations on the server name, but still get the same error.
