Hi, we want to use Borland C++Builder as IDE for our CORBA development because it enables us to do RAD C++ multi-tier database development. We want to use BEA WebLogic Enterprise as ORB on the server side (NT and/or UNIX) in transaction orientad programs with 50.000+ users and VisiBroker or BEAs ORB on the client side (running under NT). We don't want to use any proprietary additions in the products but rely on standards (means no OSAGENT from VisiBroker or TP Framework from BEA, but use of features like POA a.s.o.) Are there any integration problems one has to consider? Can I develop WLE C++ clients and C++ servers using C++Builder out of the box? Or do I need C++Builder compliant WLE libs? Anyone already using this combination of tools and middleware? Best regards, -Adrian Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
