I use BCB4 for database programming,Can I create a table from an existing table which is a desktop detabase like Foxpro or DBase? I want to select the data out of a table for temporary modification.and sometimes you have to create a table similar to the existing table and fill it with similar data. I know like Oracle can surport like this: CREATE TABLE NEW_TABLE(FIELD1, FIELD2, FIELD3) AS (SELECT FIELD1, FIELD2, FIELD3 FROM OLD_TABLE <WHERE...> But for my Foxpro or DBbase database there is always a error message arised. Your kindly help will appreciated. Thanks. X.F Yu
