I am trying to use DBLookupCombos in the client piece of my 3-tier program. To this end I have added queries to my server of the form "SELECT * FROM X" and then added client datasets to my client. These datasets are used as the lookup datasets for my lookup fields. It works, but the server sends over all the rows from the tables I am doing lookups in. This is not good. So is there a different lookup technique I can use that only requests rows from the server as needed? Thanks, Steve Pietrykoski
