There are several good resources available:

Newgroups: news://forums.inprise.com/interbase.public.general,
news://news.mers.com/mers.interbase.list,
news://news.mers.com/mers.interbase.sql,
news://news.mers.com/mers.interbase.udf

Websites: http://www.interbase.com, http://www.mers.com

I believe that the Interbase site has a Knowledge Base/FAQ and the Mers
site has a very powerful search of newgroup and site articles that is
powered by Interbase and Borland development tools.
