Hi,
My question is about fail over. I am using Microsoft ODBC for
oracle to connect to an Oracle database. The alias is defined
in the ODBC Data Source Manager. The actual data source is
defined in tnsnames.ora file, where the list contains all the
active list of databases. However when my application loses
the connection, it will only throw a 'General SQL' error, how
do I make it to fall to the 2nd or 3rd.. database that's in the
list of databases defined in the tnsnames.ora file?
