You can use the Microsoft parser or any other C/C++ compatible parser in
C++ Builder. To make sure it compiles you will need the header file. To
make sure it links, you will need to use the IMPLIB utility on the
parser DLL to create the link library, and you will need to add that to
your project. To run it, the parser DLL will have to be somewhere on
your path.
