Hi! I installed a c++ builder 5 application on windows xp professional sp2 using innosetup. The application gets installed and when you launch it it works the first time. but not later. You have to restart the PC to relaunch the application. When the second time, the application is launched, the application does not show up but the application process can be seen in the task manager. Such problem is not experienced in windows xp home edition sp2,windows xp home edition sp1,windows xp Professional edition sp1, Windows 2000 sp4. This application is used to display the data present in the MS Access database. I use microsoft jet 4.0 engine and ADO components of builder to connect. The windows XP professional sp2 computer is upto date with all windows updates. It has MDAC 2.8 sp1 and lastest microsoft jet. I am struggling with this problem Please Help Thank you in advance Regards, Siraj
