Builder 4 on Windows 2000

#235

I am trying to compile an application on Windows 2000 that compiles and runs perfectly OK on Windows 98, but I keep getting the following error message when I try to open a file:-

"Exception EFCreateError in module AlphaView.exe at 000C0ABF. Cannot create file ###."

Has anybody else out there come across this problem?
Is this something to do with the way Windows 2000 stores files / handles file access permissions?

Your help would be appreciated.

Regards, Dave Smith
