My application needs BDE. In Installshield help they tells me to check the DBE Merge Module Wizard in "Redistributables", but I can only find Microsoft Data access components. To add a merge module to Installshield its necessary to know where to find them. Anyone tried to find the BDE? Laurs Laursen

It seems that it's missing, and must be downloaded from the Installshield website. (!) This is worth entering in QC but as I use neither merge modules nor installshield, I'm not the person to do it ;) - Roddy

Thats correct. I did download the files BDE_PRO.msm and BDEMMCFG.EXE from www.installshield.com and succeded in adding the BDE to the "Redistributables" View, but did not succeed in getting the functionality. No wizard starts. About QC, it seems that only paying Borland Customers can write to the QC, is that correct?. I think you need to create a BDN login to log QC reports, but I don't believe you need to actually register a product to enable that. - Roddy
