I found that starting time of daylight savings is not correctly calculated for this part of the World. The algorithm for calculation is hardcoded in function _isDST(), module timefunc.c of RTL of Borland C++Builder 5. The algorithm assumes that daylight savings starts the first Sunday in April. But this is not correct. It starts last Sunday in March. The problem have been reported allready. I found the message describing the same problem dated 1998/04/04 (borland.public.cpp.ide) <01bd5ed2$112ac280$0f01a8c0@lppc05.liwacom.de> Subject: time() function follows Daylight Saving time on NT. I think that this is more internationalization problem than ide problem. Regards, Mario
