NLS dll problem

I am getting a very weird problem. I have some ActiveForm projects. It
creates OCXes. Now I have added the NLS support to it. The problem is that
when the application is installed with no space in the installation path the
things work OK. But if the path contains spaces for e.g C:\Program Files
then the components fails to come up and to make the things worst they crash
the application. Does any one have any idea about what problem it could be.

I am worried about the crash. What I was expecting that if Borland fails to
find NLS support for a component then the components should come up with the
actual resources in the project i.e. may be untranslated strings.

But why the crash?

Please HELP me.
