This check is not enough because the functions are still linked into the
executable and the loader tries to find all of them at program start. What
you can do is to have the libraries in question delay-loaded (but this
doesn't seem to work in BCB according to some messages here) or you have to
use LoadLibrary,GetProcAddress, FreeLibrary to check if the requested
function is available on the current OS.
