Hi,

Before I get a chance to read all the posts about Unicodes, I want to ask
this simple question first:

I am using BCB5, with the language tools (translation, etc), all the
captions of the VCL components don't seem to display correctly, such as a
button, in run time, if I minimize it and then maximize it, it displays,
otherwise, it shows up with the unicode representations of the characters (I
am trying to display chinese), as for the titles of the forms,
minimizing/maximizing won't even do the trick.  but using 'ShowMessage' to
display something in chinese works.  I am using NT4, english version.  Is
this how it's supposed to be?
