I just downloaded the zip file from fulgan and recompiled IndySystem again.
I still get compilation errors :(

[C++ Error] IdWinSock2.hpp(274): E2293 ) expected
static const Word WINSOCK_VERSION = 0x202;

[C++ Error] IdWship6.hpp(61): E2040 Declaration terminated incorrectly
static const Shortint AI_PASSIVE = 0x1;

the last error occurs NUMEROUS times ( at ALL the static const declarations).
I Really hope you can solve this :(
