WINSOCK_VERSION is already defined as a macro in winsock2.h.  When
expanded by the preprocessor, it produces invalid code for the
compiler.  WINSOCK_VERSION is missing an EXTERNALSYM statement in
IdWinsock2.pas.

Same problem.  AI_PASSIVE is already declared in ws2tcpip.h.  The
entire IdWship6.pas file is missing EXTERNALSYM statements.  This will
be fixed shortly.
