yes you right.
I am making a lot of confusion while programming.
I have one last error : when I get 2 half package , for example :
12345 and 67890 i have problems with the second package. the code :
void __fastcall TForm1::ProcessPacket(TCustomWinSocket *Socket, void *Data, int DataLength)
{
        // process Data as needed...
        Memo->Lines->Add(AnsiString((char*)Data, DataLength));
} 
write sometimes the first 5 chars correctly and the last 5 in not ascii code and sometimes all 10 chars in not ascii code.. why that ? I have only copied all you code with no modifications..
