my IP address and port is correct��The remote machine is reachable��

i means when i Assigning the Host at design-tim,i can get time from The remote machine .

but when i Assigning the Host at  run-time,i get error.

The remote machine is same.

I use C++Builder 6 ,Indy 9.0.18.
