Hi!
I use Indy 9.0.18 and its TIdUDPServer component to receive
UDP packets from other machine. When I use a simple method
to start listening, i.e. setting DefaultPort only, receiving works.
But when I specify adapter ip and port in Bindings:

      TIdSocketHandle* socket = UDPServer->Bindings->Add();
      socket->IP = "127.0.0.1";
      socket->Port = xxx;

then packets are not arrive.
But if I replace "127.0.0.1" with an actual ip (of my adapter) then
it works again.

This is normal?
