For a listening TServerSocket->Socket there only is a local ip address
available when there is a connection. A machine can have more local ip
addresses. The socket only knows upon connection which networkcard
or modem is used. Every card or modem mostly has a different ip-address.

Upon connection take the Socket of the specific client.
