When TClientSocket is ctNonBlocking and TServerSocket is
stThreadBlocking, should I use that concept?

Yes, I have read that immediately at Win32 Help.

Yes, and ProcessMessages() followed by continue can only
loop but cannot detect when the "true error occurs".
