Hmm..

After giving this more thought I may be very wrong about this.

I read through abit of the delphi code and realized that it seems it's my
job to ADD users to the TIdIRC User collection lists when they join aswell?

If so, no wonder ATarget has no value since I've never added him.

I was under the impression that all TIdIRC did was parse the raw data
received from the server, but there's alot more to it obviously.

If this is the case, sorry for posting here. Atleast it helped me find the
bug.
