All working now, and the tip for www.deja.com (http://groups.google.com) 
was great! .

I notice though that  'all' collection is not returning all the 
name/value pairs in the form though. I understood that this should have 
given me all of these, but will now experiment with 'forms' collection 
and other things today to see if I can capture more stuff. The following 
is one example of that is not being returned...
