Worked it out. Used IHTMLSelectElement as well as IHTMLInputElement

eg:

element->get_tagName(&wsTagName);
if(wsTagName==(const WideString)"SELECT")
{
    DelphiInterface<IHTMLSelectElement> select;
    if(SUCCEEDED(element->QueryInterface(IID_IHTMLSelectElement, 
(LPVOID*)&select)))
    {
        WideString wsName;
        WideString wsValue;
        AnsiString asName;
        AnsiString asValue;
        select->get_name(&wsName);
        select->get_value(&wsValue);
        asName=wsName;
        asValue=wsValue;
        sl->Add(asName+"="+asValue);
    }
}
else
if(wsTagName==(const WideString)"INPUT")
{
    etc....
