I've never used the "aux" interface to deal with the mixer, and it
sounds as though your new card doesn't support it. The mixer
output is just another line - I use mixerGetLineInfo() to find it
(line type MIXERLINE_COMPONENTTYPE_DST_SPEAKERS)
and then manipulate its level in the standard fashion.
