Where did you get that idea from?  The documentation says no such thing at
all.  It does say, however, that the lParam is a DLGTEMPLATE or
DLGTEMPLATEEX structure, which is not the same thing as the HPROPSHEETPAGE
structure that CreatePropertySheetPage() returns.

As well it should be, since it is not the same structure to begin with.
